This is a contrast CT scan of the abdomen. There is a complicated cyst measuring 2.0×2.4 cm with mixed cystic and solid components in the anterior aspect of the mid pole of the right kidney. Nephrectomy was performed. The lesion was confirmed to be a renal cell carcinoma. The other cystic lesion in the posterior right kidney is a benign cyst.
